Update
The Raydiant Dashboard and on-device playback should now be normal for all users. The issue appears to be resolved, but we are continuing to monitor.

Update
Some customers may still experience difficulty accessing the Dashboard. We are continuing to monitor and work this issue.

Monitoring
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. All customers should now be able to access the Dashboard, but may experience longer-than-usual load times as performance returns to normal.

Update
The Raydiant API is down. This is preventing the Raydiant Dashboard from loading, and ScreenRays coming online now may show a "Success!" message rather than the expected content. ScreenRays already online do not appear to be affected.

Investigating
The Raydiant Dashboard is failing to load for some customers. We are currently investigating this issue.

This incident affected: CX Services (Production Core API) and CX Websites (Production Dashboard).
