We have scheduled the deployment of a ScreenRay device code update for Tuesday 10/6 and 7AM EST/10AM PST/2PM UTC. The expected impact is that customer devices will restart after downloading the update (takes 1-2m), and that service may be interrupted during some parts of the the download process (exact duration depends on internet connection speed, usually around 2-5m). We will monitor the deploy once it begins.
